Directions

From I-40 East of Durham (Raleigh): Take I-40 westbound and exit on Hwy 147, the Durham Expressway to Durham. Exit at Duke Street (just past the new Durham Bulls Ball Park) and travel to the fifth light, Trinity Avenue. Duke Towers is on your right at the intersection of Duke Street and Trinity.

From I-40 West of Durham (Greensboro): Take I-40 eastbound and take the lefthand fork at the I-40 / I-85 split. Continue on I-85 to Durham and exit at Gregson Street (one-way southbound) and travel past Northgate Mall. Turn left on Trinity Avenue. Proceed beyond the light at Duke Street and Duke Towers is on your right.

From I-85 North of Durham (Virginia): Take I-85 southbound and exit at Gregson Street (one-way southbound) and travel past Northgate Mall. Turn left on Trinity Avenue. Proceed beyond the light at Duke Street and Duke Towers is on your right.

From Hwy 70 East of Durham (Raleigh): Take Hwy 70 West towards Durham. Merge in with I-85 and exit at Gregson Street (one-way southbound) and travel past Northgate Mall. Turn left on Trinity Avenue. Proceed beyond the light at Duke Street and Duke Towers is on your right.

From Hwy 55 South of Durham (Cary/Apex) Take Hwy 55 north towards Durham. Go beyond I-40 into Durham and take the 2nd Hwy 147exit, the Durham Expressway. (Go over the Highway and make a 270 degree turn). Exit at Duke Street (just past the new Durham Bulls Ball Park) and travel to the fifth light, Trinity Avenue. Duke Towers is on your right at the intersection of Duke Street and Trinity.

From RDU Airport: Leave the Airport and follow signs to either I-40 West (preferred) or Hwy 70 West. Follow the directions above for those routes.
