Absolutely GREAT!

This place was the best. For the cost of standard room, we had a great condo with a full kitchen, a great pool, beautiful garden, and a fantastic staff that went out of their way to help us.
I definitely suggest you to stay here. Better than any of the others for a great price. 5 of 5 stars.

Premium Condominiums

Only $10.00 more per night than regular rates

*Add $5.00 per person per night for each additional adult after the first two adults

** 13.75% tax will be added to the daily rate for rooms and additional charges. For stays of 90 nights or more, your NC sales and occupancy taxes will be refunded.

*** Reservations must be made for the entire period in advance. Early departure may incur a higher rate and sales/occupancy taxes.

Addition Information

Cancellations

We do not charge your credit card at the time of the reservation. Your card guarantees your suite for the day of your arrival. If you must cancel your reservation, contact us by phone (toll-free at 1-866-385-3869) 48 hours in advance. For reservations not canceled in advance, a one-day room charge will be made to your credit card.

Smoking Suites

Duke Tower has a limited number of smoking suites. So that we may arrange for your needs, please provide us with your request at the time of reservation.

Pets

We welcome your pets. As the number of pet friendly suites is limited, please let us know at the time of your reservation if you will be bringing your pet. The rate for one pet is $10.00 for the first night, $5.00 per night for all nights after the first night. For two pets, the rate is $15.00 for the first night and $7.50 per night for all nights after the first night. 13.75% tax is added to all rates.
